Founder’s Journey

From pain to purpose, yoga became my path to strength, clarity, and peace.

Between the demands of motherhood and the weight of a decade of family health challenges, I found the mat. My transformation wasn’t just physical (dropping 10kg and clearing chronic allergies); it was the academic and spiritual rigor of an M.Sc. in Yoga and 500+ hours of certified training that turned my personal healing into a professional mission

Credentials

Master of Science in Yoga from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, along with certifications that enriched my journey:

YIC – 300 hours from SVYASA University, Bangalore

YTC – 200 hours from Subra School of Yoga LLC,USA

The Birth of Udiya Wellness 360

My personal transformation sparked a deeper calling: to create awareness and share the gift of yoga with others who might be silently struggling, just as I once was. That vision gave rise to Udiya Wellness 360—a platform dedicated to resilience, healing, and holistic growth across the five dimensions of wellness.

The Udiya Wellness 360 logo embodies this philosophy:

Periwinkle Flower

resilience, healing, and the five dimensions of wellness (Physical,Emotional,Social,Occupational and Spritual)

Inner Star

the soul, clarity, and the spark of consciousness

Golden Circle

unity, sacred space, and transformation

Together, these elements symbolize resilience, consciousness, and unity—the very essence of Udiya Wellness 360.

Through this journey, what began as my personal search for healing has evolved into a collective mission: to empower individuals and communities to live with strength, peace, and purpose.
